Welcome To My Health Blog

What is my health blog? It is a diary all about how I am losing my weight through fasting and a keto diet.  I will share my journey of what is working for me and what I find out from the facebook group I am in and the books I read, that help me on this journey.

There are no pills, no shakes, or anything of that kind. The only thing I have purchased is the two books by Dr. Jason Fung. This is fasting and eating a low carb meal with little to no sugars, OMAD (one meal a day). There are NO counting calories!
